Cancellation Policy

Here at Manor Health we will always work hard to accommodate suitable appointment times for all our clients. We just ask that if you do need to change your appointment, please provide us with 48 hours notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we maybe able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

Last minute cancellations or “no shows” will be charged. The breakdown of cancellation fees is as follows:

  • Less than 48 hours cancellation notice of a scheduled treatment: 100% of treatment value will be owed/deducted
  • Less than 48 hours cancellation notice for a consultation: £50 charge will be payable

As courtesy, we will always contact you by text 48 hours before your appointment  to confirm date and time once again.
